Experience: Mother of pizzas takes the best of the New York and Neapolitan traditions and bakes it into one single pizza. The crispy crust and chewy interior are hand-stretched and topped with house-made San Marzano tomato sauce. The dough fermentation takes 48-hours, and the wood stone oven is over 400°C, so you can be sure to get the best of the best. The slices are American sized, made to be folded up and eaten with crazy toppings like Hawaiian coco (pineapple and shredded coconut) or Holland spicy (grilled chicken, jalapeno and in-house spices).
