Experience: ICHU brings back some good memories of my travels to Peru. So glad that we could taste Peruvian flavours in this newly opened restaurant in partnership with famous Peruvian chef Virgilio Martinez Véliz, from Lima’s ‘Central’ restaurant (No.1 Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants). You can find ICHU in the H Queen building. When you leave the elevator you will be amazed by the beautiful design of the interior. It’s nice to share the colorful dishes. The food is inspired by the local cevicherias from Lima. There are lots of healthy and vegetarian choices. Don’t forget to have a cocktail at the ‘Terrazza’, before or after your dinner.
