Experience: Combining nutrition counselling and healthy food, Grain of Salt is Sheung Wan’s newest cafe concept in Gough Street. The top floor acts as Dietetic Clinic/Nutritional Hub and the ground floor is the eatery+kitchen. The house blend coffee is a mix of Colombian, Brazilian and Ethiopian coffee beans, while the food caters to a number of different dietary requirements (vegan/pescatarian). The menu offers all-day breakfast options, and highlights are the avocado toast, the soup-er dumplings and GOS salad.
