Price range: Smaller bites from 98 hkd | Mains from 148 hkd | Butcher’s counter (choice of meat+side+sauce) is about 250 hkd | Desserts from 78 hkd. You can also go for the butcher’s choice for 320/person (must be ordered by the whole table).

Happy hour: Weekdays 3-7pm. Beer from 30 hkd, wine from 50 hkd, mixers from 60 hkd.

Lunch: Yes, à la carte.

Alfresco dining: No

Experience: Feather & Bone is a butcher / deli with a dine-in option on six of its locations. Go to the butcher’s counter and pick your meat, side and sauce over there. They also have some fish options (e.g. salmon, barramundi, mussels). The steaks are precisely prepared and tender. It’s one of the best value for money steaks we’ve had in Hong Kong. Together with a bottle of Shiraz you won’t be disappointed by this meat lover’s restaurant.

K & A’s favourites: The menu changes regularly. Favourites: Merguez sausage, Chipolata sausage, Tenderloin steak, Soft shell crab burger, Truffle mac ‘n’ cheese, hand-cut chips.
