Experience: Finally we ware able to try out Din Tai Fung. The restaurant is really famous in Hong Kong, because of the Bib Gourmand recommendation and the good value for money. The seating time is 1.5 hour, service is quick and not very personal. You should try the Xiao Long Bao (steamed soup dumpling), which is their speciality. We also ordered some side dishes and they were all really tasty. This is a nice place for both locals and tourists, so take your visitors when you’re an expat. Go for it, even if you have to queue!
