Experience: Shane Osborn has returned with a ‘modern bistro’ in Central, after his appearance as a finalist on Netflix’s The Final Table. Cornerstone looks like a cool, 1960s living room with a lot of grey and marble. The design is by Sean Dix, who also did a really nice job at Yardbird, New Pubjab Club and Belon (among many others!). The quality of the food, service and atmosphere at Cornerstone are all on point. They use seasonal ingredients, so the menu changes every few months. Overall the restaurant is humble, and the dishes speak for themselves.
