Experience: It is difficult to book a table at Chaat, but once you have managed to book a table all your Indian culinary wishes will be fulfilled! Chaat is located on the fifth floor of Rosewood Hong Kong and has stunning views of Victoria Harbour. Chef Manav Tuli will transport you across his homeland India with a menu from which you will savour every last morsel! When I entered the restaurant I was amazed by the warm interior with bold colors, a custom-made mural and a large open kitchen with shiny tandoors and baskets filled with colorful spices. From the cocktails to the aromatic and colorful dishes I fell in love with Chaat! Can not wait to come back and try more different dishes!
Note: dresscode Smart Casual, covered shoes, sleeved shirts, long trousers are required for gentleman.
