Experience: Rosewood HK opened their global flagship hotel in TST in March 2019, with a total of eight dining concepts. Bayfare Social is one of them. The kitchen is run by Spanish chef Álvaro Ramos, former executive chef at Ovolo Soutside’s Komune. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, with dimmed lights. There are lots of seating options; marble bars and tall stools close to the tapas section and bigger round tables in the dining area. There are different sections in the restaurant for preparing the food; e.g. there is a pasta and paella section, a seafood area, an ice-cream bar and a butcher’s area. On top of all this, the Rosewood hotel itself is an absolute delight to visit.
Kiki & Amèl’s favourites: Patatas bravas / prawns / braised chorizo / fried angus beef and pork meatballs / paella of the day.
Address: Bayfare Social | Rosewood HK, 18 Salisbury Road, TST.
